Transport - flights and coaches

Groups usually organize home airport coach transfers and flights themselves but please let us know if you would like assistance with this.

More about flights.
Iberia and other national flight companies will usually hold flight reservations for one month. Easyjet, Ryanair and other low cost companies will not. Once we have an airline quote, it’s time to get the letters out to parents explaining that to book they need to write a cheque covering the flights within 3 weeks. Just shy of a month, with the cheques in, we can either go with the initial quote, or see what the low-cost airlines are offering and book straight away.

These giant metal bulls are relics of a long ago Osborne brandy advertising campaign. You’ll see one on the road to Salamanca.

From arrival at Madrid Airport you are in our hands!

Traveling time to Salamanca on public coach is 2,5 hours.
On arrival in Madrid you will be picked up by our certified coach company and we will be waiting in Salamanca to welcome you and introduce the students to their families who will then take their charges home.

If your plane arrives early or leaves late you might opt to do a guided or non-guided stop off in Madrid taking in the Real Madrid’s Bernabéu football stadium, the Reina Sofia Art Museum. Prado Art Museum and city stroll through la Puerta de Sol, Plaza Mayor and Royal Palace.  Some groups opt to stop off en route at Segovia or the El Escorial Royal Palace.
